- To get an offline card, you must be 21 years old at least, up to 60 years old maximum.
- An online card can be availed of by a person whose minimum age is 23 and upto 65 age maximum.
- He or she must have a reliable source of income.
For ABHA Card, you are eligible to register if you are a citizen of India.
